Discounts, Terms and Conditions of Sale

Discount Schedule – Prospective distributors must submit a completed Data Sheet and credit references, prior to receiving discount information for Di-Acro / Acrotech Inc. products and quantities of promotional materials

Prices - Selling prices are F.O.B. Lake City, Minnesota. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment – Net payment in full on all invoices, is due 30 days after shipment, with approved credit, or we accept most major credit cards.

Shipments – Quoted shipping dates are approximate and are subject to prior sales. Acrotech Inc. will not be liable for damage, or loss of products in transit to the Distributor or Customer.

Transportation Policy – All orders are shipped F.O.B. Lake City, Minnesota, by the least expensive surface method available, unless a premium method is requested.

Title – Products will be shipped F.O.B. Lake City, Minnesota, with title transferring to the distributor at that time.

Sales and Use Tax – Sales, use, excise, property or similar taxes arising out of, or relating to products delivered to a Distributor are not included in the price, except as otherwise stated in the invoice. These taxes are the responsibility of the Distributor.

Returns – No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Acrotech Inc. All returns are subject to a 20% restock charge. Special, or custom made items may not be returned.

Cancellation Charges – Special orders may be cancelled prior to shipment, provided Acrotech Inc. is reimbursed for all expenses incurred. Orders for standard material may be cancelled without charge, provided request is received prior to shipment.

Warranty – All products are produced to standard industry specifications and tolerances. Any defect, or variance in specifications are warranted by the manufacturer. Acrotech Inc’s liabilities are limited to the cost of its product.

Changes – Acrotech Inc. reserves the right to change its “Discount, Terms and Conditions of Sale” by giving written, or verbal notice of such to its distributors. Changes will not affect orders already accepted by Acrotech Inc.
