Di-Acro Model 2 Rod Parter
Model 2 Rod ParterThis precision Rod Parter actually "parts off" rather than cuts, employing a combination shearing-breaking action. This operation leaves the material burrfree and with no further processing required. Hard materials such as cold rolled steel and hard aluminum have the best "parting" action.
Properly hardened and ground alloy steel cutting heads assure a high degree of accuracy. Heads are reversible for double service, easily removed for sharpening and easily replaced.
The Di-Acro Rod Parter has 9 holes from .125" to .625" in .0625" increments. All holes are .005" oversize.
The only set up required is the adjustment for material length.

- Special heads .015" oversize for cuttng hot rolled, hex, square and rectangular stock.
